GGG is a Unified champion. He doesn't need to be built anymore. Cotto flat out said he wasn't fighting GGG so GGG took step aside money (500k) Cotto would have dropped the belt rather then fight GGG and it looks like Canelo is going to do the same thing since Oscar is painted into a corner since GGG is the Mandatory and they can't enforce their ridiculous 155 catchweight.

I think GGG wants to move up a division, but not until after he has unifies the titles. There's nothing stopping him from attempting to do just that... except for a signed contract from Canelo and GBP.
