    #5 is my point. At least 50 Million between the two. $10 Million is a BS offer as it translates to a 80-20 split at 50M. GBP saying they offered 10M was fair and trying to look like they want the fight while running scared was a publicity stunt for the bad press of vacating the belt. An offer to Canelo for $20M would have exposed the BS around $10M.

    10 million isnt bad at all considering Canelo made 5 against Cotto and thats a fair comparison to make. Not many boxers in history have ever made 10 million from one fight. The problem here is I doubt thats the offer Canelo sent to GGG

    I doubt they would split 50 million for the fight. Canelo vs Cotto got Canelo 5 and Cotto 15 if I remember correctly and that was just as big a fight if not bigger than this one. If true that GGG got offered 10 million he should take it

    Somebody explain this to me. My first question is this

    Canelo, GBP and the Canelo fans are saying Golovkin should get no more than 20%.

    Yet you believe there was an offer of $10 million to Golovkin, so was Canelo getting $40 million then?

    It's possible he could get 40mill but it would have to be a PPV success.
    It's possible he could get Half that, no way they split much more than 50mill that's for sure
