USADA use the same testing procedure that global testing organizations do. Ever wondered why US athletes can go all year without being found guilty by USADA and then when an event like the Olympics or World Championships happens, they get found out by the global testing organization?

So many of these athletes are found to be clean by USADA when they clearly aren't. It's bull****. Something is happening there.

That's true, but I believe in the saying 'innocent until proven guilty'. Canelo is well within his rights to reject and I don't think any less of him that he did, if that is what happened.

Some people are idiots on ESB. I made that post because I knew full well that there'd be a load of morons who assume that a guy is guilty because they don't prove they innocent. That's not the way it works.

Doesn't sound like Canelo was even involved in this one. Just GBP looking bad. It's about trying to appear to want to clean up the sports but wanting control in case something goes wrong, like twice before.

its Obvious something is going on with USADA by now, I do not think Montoya haters can argue that Montoya does not have the right to be as suspicious as he has been regarding USADA.

Though I am 100% confident they will still argue and deny everything til the bitter end.

Bladegunner has a thread up now. Evidently Montoya reported Donaire's testing started with the July 7 fight when it actually starts after that. So, expect that to be the new line of attack. He was wrong once, so you can never trust him again.

:deal I applaud your effort, but you're wasting your time. Bladegunner is a cheerleader, not a boxing fan. You'd have an easier time explaining how a combustion engine works to a 2 yo then trying to discuss anything with the Floyd Defense Brigade. Either they are too stupid to understand, or too stubborn to accept it.

in light of the numerous exposures of fighters as PED users, you still don't think it's the right of a fighter to demand testing?

Problem is a fighter has the right to demand testing but the other guy has the right to refuse under the current system.

Hermit how long before guys like Chavez Jr will get this yearly testing? Arum has enough time for Chavez to start the testing before his martinez fight. You think it will happen? When will Pac be starting?

Gonna look very odd that Arum approached the whole of top rank stable with such a request and only Donaire stepped up.

Even extra VADA CIR testing would be better than what currently on offer. I wonder if anyone on arum's roster will at least use this method in the next few fights.

    What do you think hermit?

Yep, which is why fighters like Floyd who ARE taking testing and promoters like Goldenboy who ACTUALLY have contracts with testors are coming under more scrutiny than those who aren't testing . . . because there is actually something to scrutinize. The PEDS thing in boxing is getting bigger and bigger and inquisitive people want to know what testing people are taking and how it works.

We can look at the size of Pacquiao's head all we want, we can ask him about drugs til we're blue in the face - but as long as he's doing his standard testing then we're never going to find out anything.
