Yes we can, But we must all realize that if there is no year round random drug testing for performance enhancers then the sport of Boxing will still have loop holes were people can get away with using Steroids and not get caught. If people think that just because a certain boxer tested negative for a fight it means that he is clean, then they are just too ignorant to not understand that Steroids can be used in cycles. If a boxer does not sign the release for the test results to be release to other parties then that there should tell you that he might be hiding something, otherwise why oppose the release of the test results, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. If you have nothing to hide then why try to hide the test results.
