It is worth bearing in mind that USADA has previous regarding providing clients with 'preferential conditions'.

USADA previously consulted BALCO owner Victor Conte about the use of PEDS in athletics and how best to catch cheaters. Conte advised that the best time to catch athletes doping is in the final quarter of the off season - he told them that if you want to catch cheaters then this is the time to do it. Bizzarely, in the year before the 2008 games, USADA ignored this advice and instead conducted the fewest amount of tests of US athletes in the final quarter of the off season.

While any extra testing is positive, and infinitely better than what is currently in place, we need to remember that GB's primary interest is going to be their money. Therefore they will work with the anti-doping organisation who provides them with the most protection of their assets. VADA has already shown that they are not willing to budge on their ethical code unless all necessary protocol is adhered to, and GB have felt this where it'd hurt them the most - in their wallet. Their reaction appears to be that they will not longer work with VADA. This would suggest that they have been able to reach a more comfortable agreement with USADA.

People just need to remember that boxing is a dirty sport, and just because a few fighters want to try and make it a little cleaner it does not suddenly become a better place over night. It is still driven by money, and as such that will be the main motivating factor in any decision made by any promotional company, including those relating to anti-doping.

    ...then that would be interesting.

why would somebody (GBP) want to pay
    This content is protected
to a testing agency that is at best equal to another agency that charges at a cheaper price??? :think

80K means nothing? NOTHING? holy ****, now I've heard it all. If that's nothing, I don't see them donating a 80K to charity. You don't understand anything about money, mainly because you don't have a real job yet.

There is no disagreement when it comes to the release of test results. It's black and white. Golden Boy didn't get the signatures, so VADA can't release the results. If VADA release the results without consent, the US government goes after them. Simple as that. Schaefer was just being a little ***** because he lost millions to the fault of himself and Peterson.

I'm done educating you on contracts, client-vendor relationships, non-profit organizations, HITECH Act, HIPPA compliance and protection of investment. You have a lot to learn. I gave you a better education than all your classes combine. You're welcome.

VADA tells the athlete, which is how it should be. It's up to the athlete to tell GBP. If GBP has beef with VADA it must be about a different matter.

Not necessarily. All Golden Boy needed to do was get the signature of both fighters and they would have gotten the test results on the first day.

Because of Golden Boy's failure to get the signatures of the fighters, VADA can't release the data to them. They f*cked up big time and they tried to blame it on VADA. Either way, it was Golden Boy and Peterson who is at fault.

Reading clearly isn't your strong point.

Why you telling me why VADA didn't release the results.:huh I have stated their reasons several times in this thread. Like I said reading clearly isn't your strong point.

Also you couldn't educate a horse to drink from a lake. You spit out a lot of bull**** but miss basic facts to fit your agenda.

    1. GBP are the only promotional company who have recently subjected their stable of fighters to both VADA and USADA testing under the WADA code.

    2. Those GBP fighters all came up clean in both testing organizations.

    3. Schaffer felt he should have been told, he wasn't , therefore he feels the service he paid for in regards to transparency from both athlete and testing organization was not up to scratch. He preferred USADA transparency.

    4. GBP are doing way more than any other major boxing company to ensure fighters are entering the ring on a level playing field.

Blah Blah Blah, slurp, slurp, slurp. I told you why VADA can't release the test results and you STILL don't understand. Listen! It's against the rules of the US Government to release patient data without consent. USADA also follow those same rules. Those are FACTS.

I don't give a **** about any promotional company. You're dead set on defending a shady company that you have no allegiance to other than fanboyism. I'm trying to educate you on life, and your insecure ego is afraid of learning something new.

Stupid demand to make to kill the fight he needs. I can understand why he would ask for VADA, but he's in no position to.
