    Peter Quillin vs Lukas Konecny
    Keith Thurman vs Julio Diaz
    Omar Figueroa vs Jerry Belmontes
Lucas Martin Matthysse vs John Molina
    Erislandy Lara vs Ishe Smith
    Amir Khan vs Luis Collazo
    Adrien Broner vs Carlos Molina
    Bernard Hopkins vs Beibut Shumenov
    Adonis Stevenson vs Andrzej Fonfara

looks like Stephen Espinoza is just some useless puppet or why else would some self proclaimed premium channel present those pointless mismatchs to its subscribers? those opponents are either terrible cab drivers or terribly undersized or both. life must be real bad for anyone wasting a Saturday night to watch any of that bull****

Most of their upcoming fights are showcases. Nobody wants to see that crap on the championship level. Deliver good matchups.

But I must say most of their showcases didn't turn out so well last year haha.

You can't have every single fight be a great fight or super event. Showtime put on great fights last year. They'll most likely have better matchups the second half of the year.

Yeah, Showtime's going to lose some momentum with the fights they've laid out for the first half of this year, but I see some potential upsets with Collazo and Shumenov, which could actually hurt GB & Showtime by losing a couple of big name fighters. Konecny could also give Quillin a tough fight (which is not why GB picked him over Macklin).

Showtime's become the HBO of the Greenburg/Davis era. Big name fighters taking showcase fights, though the pay scale is lower than it was in the past (remarkable stage in evolution when the parasites realize how much to drain out without killing the host, bravo Mr. Haymon, bravo).

Agreed.Showtime has become a joke as far as approving fights of this low caliber.Espinoza has become a pawn and is way out of his element.
This is not going to end well.

I agree, they should be making more competitive matches, like Kovalev-Agnew, Golovkin-Lee, and Provodnikov-TBA.

Khan Vs. Collazo is the only good fight. Oscar has turned out to be a slimy promoters. It so appears that Don King is Oscar's hero.............

The only way it can be an upset is if the "underdog" wins by KO! Come on, man! This GBP/Showtime we are talking about. They won't let the underdog win if it goes to the scorecards. Just look at the Garcia/Herrera robbery.

GBP is the new WWE. The good fights are going to be on PPV.
