LOL. Nobody with a tripple-digit IQ compares Kovalev-Ward to Golota-Bowe. The Kovaluubes need to get over it. Boxing is rough. I think I counted two legit low blows in that fight.

I wouldn't compare it because Kovalev is a clean fighter getting socked in the nuts and Bowe was merely getting back some of what he dished out over the years.

Why do people make excuses for Bowe. Newman protected him, he missed almost every top fighter of the 90s outside of Holyfield. He had terrible habits outside the ring causing Futch to walk away from his career and on top of it- he and his entourage were often lowlifes. He sucker punched Larry Donald, they nearly killed Elijah tillery, bottles were thrown at Gonzalez, he went to town on Coetzer's nuts, he trashed the WBC belt, and then his team caused a huge riot in New York at msg. Bowe's career was a dangerous clown show.
Golota destroyed him twice and ended his career.

No, being a lazy f*ck with no defense ruined Bowe.

Bowe had some of the worst defense I've ever seen in a heavyweight.

golota could have been one of the great heavy weights. he had all the physical tools. speed power, etc... sadly, it was his psyche that brought him down. head butting samson pouha, biting another fighter on the neck. then there was his weird surrender in the last round after thoroughly dominating grant. too many other examples.
