Well, he got it half right, Adamek needs Voodoo but Vitali definitely isn't boring.

    Translated from Russian to English

    - Do you like fights Klitschko? Do you support them?

Golota: They are incredibly boring. Both. But the win, but the main thing.

    - Vital for 40 years and no one can defeat him. Now it will try to make Tomasz Adamek. After you and Albert Sosnowski is the third Pole who comes to fight for a world title. How would you rate the chances of Adamek?

Golota: I do not see them.

    - Perhaps, although there are still small? What should be done Adamek to win Vitali? Or at least to deliver critical moments?

Golota: I do not know ... Maybe Voodoo? Klitschko is too big and strong. Perhaps now there is no fighter that can beat this ... Vitali Note that unconfirmed reports David Haye also used the services of a shaman voodoo ahead of his July fight with Wladimir Klitschko. But judging from the fight, the shaman is not much helped the Briton. Let's see what will happen in the ring on September 10.

When you cross compare him to riddick bowe and Mike Tyson or any heavyweights from Gotlotas era its easy to understand why he sees them that way.

What's boring is just sitting down to watch a fight and it's over before your arse hits the chair. I've never seen that happen to Vitali :bart

Vitali is a bit boring, compared to Golota & contemporaries.

being gung ho and using ur chin as a reach finder is exciting its just ****ing stupid..could it be possible that these fighters from the past are jealous that they never had the brains to try and fight without being hit back??

Vitali was in two of the most exciting heavyweight fights of the last decade: Lewis and Sanders.

Kid seriously go back to where you came from, reality is there are different styles in the game and that doesnt mean using your chin as a range finder, Holyfields style when he was in his prime he rolled with alot of shots to counter with his own, thats not using your chin as a range finder thats drawing the man in making him miss and catching him on the back end.

why would they be jealous? they all come from an era where everybody was willing to fight everybody, where the top 15 heavyweights during that time could snatch your title any given night.

Today we are left with these saftey first types, the type that do not care about history or legacy but care about maximizing the profit they earn out of this business which usally means you end up taking alot of easy fights, However they dont have to look far for them the top ten HWs today would have been ranked in the 30s adn 40s back in the 90s, and whats ****ed up even more than anything, The klitschkos still feel threatend enough in which they feel they have to hold.....:-(

Not only that but Golota back then was a monster when you ask people about Golota here is what they know, Lewis, Tyson and Bowe.....

However his fight with Corrie T Rex Sanders on tuesday night fights was an all out blood fest.....
the fight he had with Grant was awsome as well
he also had fights with Byrd and Ruiz and I felt was short changed in both fights.

He is used to Heavyweights that were willing to bring it, its not that the sport improved that much in which todays fighters are fighting smarter than the fighters of the 90s
The reality is todays fighters look for ways to make the fight safer, while the fighters back in the 90s looked for ways to make the fight a fight with out holding and used their head movement footwork and defense to evade shots with out having to hold a million times in one fight

yeah your right, I was more looking at the current scene and compared to his brother, but to the 90's its probably true.

Nobody is boiling it down to anything as asinine as "no defense = exciting, defense = boring".

Vitali rarely sets his feet to deliver power and throws a lot of arm punches. Some people find that boring, especially as there's rarely the edge-of-your-seat anticipation that comes with the possibility of a one-punch KO (@ HW in particular). If VK stops someone, most expect it to be a tedious labor of accumulation that many don't exactly find riveting. That doesn't mean they're not able to appreciate the sweet science or more intelligent applications of the defensive craft.

Ever since coming back from retirement he had 7 fights, I guess you can consider gomez, sosnowski, johnson, solis fights boring, but as a fan of vitali I usually like to see him fight. I think his fight with adamek will be pretty good, vitali takes him serious, adamek has a great chin cant run in front of his fans in poland and he isnt as fat that his knees blow out.
