Exactly, Golota can hit as hard as Wlad. Even his missed punches are brutal. Adamek and his people are crazy but if Tomasz can get past Golota then God bless him.
This sucks, Golota is beyond shot. He is sooo slow these days. I really wish Adamek-Hopkins would have gotten made.
What ****ing joke. I'm not a Haye fan in the slightest, but at least when made the jump he fought a live body in Barrett. I mean, did you SEE Golota's last fight? I just lost a huge amount of respect for Adamek and his team.
No ... first he fought half dead body of Bonin, then he fought the journeyman (Haye's own words) in Barrett.
I mean Haye's more recent jump up. Come on, you don't seriously think Golota was a more viable fight than Barrett? It's a farce and deserves every bit the ridicule Haye got.
I think Golota will not stop Adamek, also Adamek will not stop Golota. After 12 rounds imo Adamek's gonna be a winner, cuz of his quickness and wisedom of controlling fight by Andrew Gmitruk. Gmitruk has also trained Golota for long time as an amateur, thus he knows him very well. Sam Collona - Golota's trainer, prepared Adamek, with Gmitruk tho, to Briggs1 fight. They know TA and AG too, so I suppose it will be a huge fight dudes. I'd rather to watch Cunningham revenge anyway, AG has nothing to offer atm for Adamek, but big cash is behind 'the Polish fight of century', so we can't do anything. HBO nor Showtime is not going to show it. The fight is sponsored by the richest Polish man, who has got his own television (Polsat) and there you can see the fight. I don't know what about selling rights, but I doubt you will be able to watch it in the USA, gonna be hard. My heart is broken, but I'm rooting for Adamek, cuz he's got the future before him, incase if he loses this bout, he will lose a lot and I do not want it. Sad sad thing. Step back imo.
c'mon you see the photos of golota's arm injury after the austin fight, the injury had a lot to do with what happened. i like monte, but he and golota are both fringe contenders on similar levels at this point. golota looked solid stopping mollo (b- hw) and mcbride (c level) before the austin fight (and injury), so it's quite possible he'll be close to that level if healed.
One thing about this fight that is good for Golota is that his one weakness of early round trouble should not come into play here as Adamek is a slow starter in most of his fights and IMO does not pack the fire power that could drop Golota early....so its a good fight for Golota, and a dangerous fight for Adamek.
