ya this fight sucks. he should just wait for Krzysiek to KO Fragomeni and have a unification! and in the meantime beat Cunningham again.
Get out of here with that bull****. Adamek is the LAST person to duck anyone. He has been talking about moving to HW before the Cunningham fight. It's a **** move, but no way is he ducking Cunningham.
That don't mean anything tho.... When the contract is signed, thats what matters . there is still hope this lame fight dont get made .
There are PLENTY of good fights to be made at CW..... I think money is playing a big role in this. He must be pretty frustrated having been in so many wars, and great, fan friendly scenic fights.. yet still can't land a good payday.
I hope you're right. At first it was a joke nobody believed, but now it seems all parties are interested in it is what gets me.
Interesting fight- I didn't realize how serious Adamek was about the whole moving to heavyweight thing, but I guess this would pretty much seal it.
I have no problem with Adamek fighting Golota for his first fight at HW. This fight will be huge in Poland.
If this fight was taking place during Golotas prime, Adamek would have very little chance IMO. But now... Adamek easily outpoints Golota IMO. Will just be too fast and active for an old and slow Golota.
LOL @ the polish fans trying to make excuses for this terrible and worthless fight. This fight will mean absolutely nothing, its not going to be entertaining, and there is a better fight waiting for Adamek at CW, but it seems that he is scared.
Is it possible that this a promotion dig, maybe just to see how hard the Polish and other fans will bite? Ya know, let's see how much interest this draws and will it make money. I'd watch it because like all Golota fights you never know what the hell your gonna get, but it's gonna be something and that something is gonna stir your emotions one way or another.
My dream is that Golota muscles Adamek around the ring, pounds him with his jab, and beats him on points. Hopefully that would make Adamek reconsider the move to heavyweight and he would remain the most dominant crusier in the world. Also Golota would get to retire on top with a nice win.....However, I know my dream probably wont happen.
