They are thinking about the rematch between these two once Golota is healed. Austin wants this fight as well.

Golota on the knockdown "He surprised me with that first punch he threw, but it wasnt a hard punch, I didnt see it. I wanted to box him 3 or 4 rounds and then go after him. I started to feel incredible pain in my left arm. I couldnt lift my arm, couldnt defend myself or throw punches with my left. He couldnt knock me out with 1 one good hand. If this injury happened in the later rounds I would have fought on. "

Austin may want it now but this fight would be in 6 months at least. Many things could happen during that time and he certainly could change his mind. Having said that, it's cool that they both want it, let's see how the situation develops.

Golota still looks like a ****ing nut though. He just looks crazy. Don't matter how many times he loses. He has an intimidating look.

He looks so slow and sluggish, its' awful.

I'm surprised if Austin is offering a rematch, but if so then really Golota may as well go for it. Nothing to lose. Can't do worse!

Thats the only fight that makes sense for Golota. Either this or retire.

Go Golota. As I said the day of the fight, as long as the injury was legit I see no reason to quit now (barring future probs with the arm). Golota looked the same in the 1st round as he has had for some time, and as he can still be competitive with a lot of heavies, why not make some money maybe win another fight or two then retire?

I honestly can't say i'm surprised. Kinda saw this comming (Andrzej not retiring yet).

With that said, heres to a speedy recovery, and some sweet revenge for Andrzej!! :happy:happy:happy:happy

One thing that has to be said though, is Golota gained a HUGE amount of heart recently.
