    He could have fought Drevechenko instead of Vanes

    He coule have fought Andrade instead of Adams...

    No it’s not but there are mitagating circumstances why and 3 of his last 5 are Canelo twice and Jacobs.

    he in a comeback of course its ok...but you dont even know its going to happen even yet! I fully suspect him to switch to a world class opponent.

    actually 2 of his last 3 opponents were elite.

    Well considering no one wants to fight him, including Billie Joe Saunders who has said atleast 3 times now he doesnt want to face GGG because he is waiting for him to get old...he can only face the best opposition prepared to take the fight

    Its not his fault that the likes of Billie Joe are cowards. Now GGG has clearly got old, he still doesnt have the minerals to take the fight

    Erislandy Lara is this terrifying boogieman who GGG has been shamelessly ducking for years right? (despite the fact that he has never set foot in the middleweight division and is only brave about GGG behind his back as opposed to his face).

    Vanes drew with Lara.

    Surely that makes him a terrifying boogieman too, right?

    If I didn't know better, I'd suggest there was an agenda on this board and that anyone GGG fights suddenly becomes a bum, whilst anyone he doesn't fight gets hyped up way beyond their actual ability level.

    But that would be silly.

    anyone in comeback is entitled to weakass comeback opponent as a kind of health check. it makes sense.

    nevertheless i am not sure 3G would really face this bum, i tihnk it is fake news personally. when we DO find out who he will face, all will be shocked and amazed.
