Golovkin and DAZN can’t make the deal

You have to feel for GGG. He is older and knows he doesn't have much time in boxing left to fight well. so he wants to get the big fight soon probably and the deal they are giving him is probably more longer term.. That is all I would guess.

Thinking you won and not having a win on the record will never give him that. Canelo has the edge now. He won one of the fights.

 

He had a huge PPV fight with Callum Smith offered to him and he seems to have declined it.
GGGs problem is he wants the big money without the big fights.

What might be the hold up is GGG only wants to fight Canelo and no other guys who may pose threats.. The plan DAZN wanted is for him to face Andrade in May and the winner Canelo is September.. He doesn’t want to face Andrade but he still wants 15 to 20 million to fight lower comp guys..

 

Its not a blanket statement, its based off GGGs track record and comments about other fighters.

Also grow some balls and take the challenge. If you're confident GGG will fight any of the top MWs not named Canelo then put your money where your mouth is.
