    It's true! Would be one heck of a fight!!!

    @steveucnlive: I believe Golden Boy is seriously thinking about putting Lemieux in with GGG in the fall. Would be at MSG on Oct 17th, possibly #boxing

    @ChrisMannixSI: Piggybacking on @SteveUCNLIVE tweet on GGG/David Lemieux: Talks are real. Money is there. On @LemieuxBoxing to step up and take it.

    If Lemieux steps up, there's no denying that Oscar is serious and living up to his words about making the best fights.

    What do you think of this potential matchup?

    Great if it happens. Can already see the comments about Lemieux being a bum frothing at the tips of some people's mouths once he's ko'd tho

    Murray is better than Lemieux. Golovkin destroyed him.

    Watch this fight happen though and the haters say he ducks top fighters.

    Agreed. This fight is definitely not going the distance. Lemieux has a puncher's chance. I'd expect a short, exciting fight ending with Golovkin knocking Lemieux out somewhere around the third or fourth.

    Yeah, Golovkin will have two belts once this is over with. Lemieux is the other top dog in the division, after him he should beat Andy Lee for the other belt., and destroy either Cotto or Canelo. He will unify the 160 pound class, and than he can move up if he wants.

    I'm not sure about that, I think GGG will fight Lemieux more cautiously and obviously more defensively sound similar to the way in which he fought Stevens, because he knows he can't go in there and slug it out with David like he did Monroe, so it may last until the 8th or 9th with GGG getting the KO, or could be a very tactical fight with David using his jab far more and try to work his way into to land something big similar to the way he fought Rosado. Regardless it's potentially the fight of the year for however long it lasts.:good

    Do you think people will start calling David a bum after he gets knocked out? Andy Lee, David, Peter Quillin are world class fighters, who are the second, third and fourth best middleweights around, I still do not know why people call them bums :huh or maybe it is just hatred of the Triple God, that they have to demean his opponents.

    To answer the rest of your post, the reason why they call those guys bums is because they are either casual fans with little actual knowledge of their careers and are so caught up in the Floyd is the best because of his mythical "0" BS and since they don't have perfect records they are deemed worthless:roll:, or they are racially and nationalistically motivated to hate GGG because he's a White Asian from Eurasia, or its out of the sheer terror they feel in their gut, because they know they are seeing the real thing and instead of acknowledging that, they prefer to tear him down and lie to themselves in an effort to make themselves feel better, because most people usually hate what they fear.
