So the best fighter he ever fought was in the amateurs?, I like the honesty.

No different than Andre Ward saying the toughest fight he ever had was Timothy Bradley in the amateurs.

Bute was good ... once, but he had no heart from the beginning.

I'm hoping he gets back with a boom, a good upset, putting him back in the mix at 168 or 175. :bbb

Oh it is different and rather insulting to fighters like Froch, Kessler, Abraham, Miranda, Green, Dawson, Bika and Rodriguez(a Light Heavyweight who Andre Ward dominated as a Super Middleweight). Oh and did I mention that Andre Ward entered the Super Six as an underdog with only 20 professional fights and completely dominated it?. I think it's obvious that Ward can afford making such comments having accomplishing all of that in only 27 fights with an exceptional record and being the lineal champion in his division. Ward's win over Froch all alone makes GGG's entire career look like the farce it truly is.

GGG's record on the other hand. Ongoing tomato can fest and Murray.

One of the most ridiculous comments I have seen on these threads.

Not really his win over Froch does dwarf anything GGG has done as a pro. Ward has a great pro resume you can't say he doesn't.

How, it's true? GGG's best opponent in his entire fighting career was a green Lucian Bute 10 years ago in the amateurs.. :rofl

13 title defenses later, and more than 30 fights as a pro.. he's managed to only beat Martin Murray who lost to a cripple and Daniel Geale who's about to get beat by a midget..

its cute how you're trying to justify your blatant double standard.

FYI: none of what you said is in any way, shape or form a justification for the double standard. Ward said Timmy was his hardest fight. That was in amateurs. Logic 1, scar 0

GGG is the best pfp fighter....but he will never be a ppv star, he,s way too friendly and does show respect to other fighters.

He's the best p4p fighter then why is he fighting tomato cans and prospects and wanting paydays against midgets from divisions below?

If he was truly the p4p best, he'd move up and beat bigger better men at 168 instead of waiting for a Welterweight to give you a paycheck.
