Froch had to hit Bute with everything but the kitchen sink to stop him. Golovkin decked Bute with one right hand. Ward's rep is built on the super six and a couple of drained light heavies.

I agree. GGG is a class act. He does not denigrate his opponents. He treats them all with respect. He does his talking in the ring. What an incredible role model and positive figure for boxing. If HBO and Showtime were smart they would headline this guy until he retires.

Wards' pro career is 1000 light years better than GGG's so I really don't know what you're trying to get at here. Instead of sour g****s don't even address the point if you don't agree with it because you can't refute what he said. Ward's resume > GGG's period. Learn to pick your battles.

not overly impressed with Ward's resume, despite the big names, and i gave one reason why. as far as Golovkin's resume, Sturm beat Oscar and went to bloody war with Macklin, Murray & Geale, all of whom Triple G annihilated.

GGG is the real deal. I have watched video of him sparring with JCC jr. and read about how he handled Canelo. The simple truth is no one who has aspirations of being great and earning big paydays wants to fight him, because he will put an end to the gravy train.

Logic: Andre Ward's professional career makes Golovkin's career look like the joke it truly is.

Now go celebrate another tomato can vs GGG fight like the idiot you truly are.

I would have to get hit in the head by a bat to just be considered smart.; to go down to your level I'd need to have a lobotomy. It's not my fault education failed you and you can't see that logically, your incoherent babble does not justify the double standard.

I normally charge for my lessons, here is one for free. There is NO DIFFERENCE in Ward saying Timmy was his hardest fight, and Golovkin saying Bute was his hardest fight, both being in amateurs.

Not even if Ward fought and beat a grizzly bear with his bare hands would it make a difference.

    Logic 2, scar 0.

Monroe just tipped the scales at 160. GGG at 159. midget eh

I guess I shouldn't bring up Golovkin's past opponent, who is now moving up to 168 because he can't make 160 anymore. Or maybe that fellow that knocked out Kirkland, that now fights at heavyweight.

GGG is a the best MW in the world we all know that. I would love to see him fight Cotto and Canelo but they won't fight him. I want to see him fight Quillen to but he won't fight him. All the big names won't fight him so what's left for him at 160? Might as well pursue a fight with someone at 168. He's not 23 he's 33 wasting time with his talent level is frustrating. Lastly I realize that this isn't his fault that name guys at 160 won't fight him.

Hopkins won his first belt at 30 vs Mercado, and continued to dominate until the Taylor fights, when he was 40

GGG has a lot of time to build his MW career, especially if you consider the level of some of the guys B-Hop faced at 160

So clearly, Ward isn't a "p4p best" as he hasn't moved up yet.
