The fight would be lucky to do over a million buys in the current market and that flat fee is more than nearly every single Floyd opponent ever got.

 

Most of Floyd's opponents were overmatched desperadoes happy for any sort of payday, without any real chance of winning and brought little to the PPV. Floyd's numbers vs Guerrero, Ortiz, Berto and the like were sold pretty much entirely off of his name alone.

 

Golovkin had Donald Trump in his entourage before making his entrance against Lemiux. I am so ****ing jealous. Simply incredible

What in the hell makes Canelo so special more than GGG? GGG has the World leader fully supporting and backing him.

Oh please, don't try to make it sound like the entire Boxing world was going ape**** over Golovkin fighting Jacobs. Three posts/threads that only you noticed don't mean jack. The media didn't care to call for this fight to happen either. If this fight was any important, Golovkin wouldn't open up as a 1/8 favorite. This fight is just another fight designed to make Golovkin look like a KO beast to his simple minded fan base. Stylistically, Jacobs is tailor made for Golovkin.

What part of the 'funny world of ESB' didn't you understand? I was talking about the idiots on here who claimed that this was a fight Golovkin was looking to duck.

When these people were told Golovkin would be a massive favourite to KO the not much of a draw, not particularly highly rated, reluctant mando that was Jacobs they said none of that was true. Now the fight is signed, sealed and delivered they've now changed their tune.

Before GGG 'needed' Jacobs. Now the fight is agreed he's another bum to beat on. It just shows that Golovkin can't win with a lot of you nut jobs.
