What's Canelo done after LOSING to Floyd that justifies a purse of 45 million?

None of u can answer this. It's telling how again the focus is on GGs holding out rather than Canelos over inflated sense of self. Both amounts are ridiculous and neither are worth it. It should be a 35% offer at least for GG IMO Wether it 1 million or 15.

Yup, expected that type of response from yet another mentally ill Golovkin fan. As soon as someone brings up resume to these losers they go all personal.

Yeah, a white flag that says "You're too mentally ill to be worth the time".

You could not be more wrong. You get what you are able to negotiate, and we have already seen the price go up a couple of times and no doubt it will continue to increase.

By certain posters logic K2 could offer Canelo 15m flat and he'd have to take it as it'd hugely exceed his previous career highest purse.

Of course I do, your mental limitations force me to. I mean lets be realistic here, you're comparing Alvarez' position, despite his recent PPV sales, to his position when he fought Mayweather as if nothing changed since. And you're also questioning why he would demand more money when Golovkin himself is chasing after Alvarez for a payday. Did you ever ask yourself why Golovkin would want a payday from someone that isn't providing anything?. I mean, you're the one claiming he's not worth much to demand anything, right?.

I know the information will be a bit too complex for your limited mind, just try not to suffer a brain stroke in the process.

You are clueless dude, COMPLETELY clueless. If GBP is paying Ggg 15 mil, that's because that is what GBP thinks Ggg is worth. That is what they are willing to pay him in order to have Canelo's stock and brand continue to rise.

Just like they paid Cotto 15 million who was the Lineal MW champion, IS a much bigger star than Ggg, and is a proven PPV attraction, whoch btw was Cotto's biggest purse ever, and was the biggest fight to be made at that time, and has been the biggest fight made since.

Canelo has options. Cotto rematch, Mayweather rematch, Chavez fight who is a much bigger name than Ggg.

How much of a fool would GGG have been to accept $10m when he can obviously get $15m?

How much of a fool would GGG have been to accept $15m when he can obviously get more? And he will.

It is called negotiation and a successful negotiation involves both parties being made happy with what's on offer - not just one party.

But you really have no idea, do you? :eaea:

    1. I haven't seen one person on here who has said GGG deserves purse parity or even more than Canelo.

    2. Canelo just sold 250k PPV's and lost his promoter 10 million dollars.

    3. Do you realize how easy this fight was to make when GGG was the Mandatory and Canelo dropped the belt? What do you call that? It was the most pitiful and pathetic duck since Bowe and Lewis.

    LMAO

Maybe you can explain to me why Alvarez in the context of everything I have set out so far and your post too is asking for MORE than even FMJ's career high pay day (Barring the Pac fight) for fighting this 'bum'???? Makes no sense to me... Why does Canelo want so much for fighting a bum?? Why did he vacate when he had GG as a mandatory? What has Canelo done since LOSING to Floyd to put him on that level all of a sudden?

Scar just admit you're a Floyd fan boy trying to pump up his wins. Canelo isn't Floyd! He lost you know?? He's making 3.5 mill a fight & giving over third of his purse to the likes of Kirkland. 45 mill & a quarter cut... **** off!
