Why don't the GG haters ask themselves this: Canelo vacates the WBC when GG is his mandatory, fights liam Smith and then offers GG 25%. Are these the actions of a man desperate to pursue this fight? If Golovkin had vacated when Canelo was his mandatory, fought Liam Smith and then offered 25% after saying fight after fight I am ready for Canelo would they be calling Canelo the ducker like they are currently calling GG one? I don't think so..

Combine that with the fact that Golovkin is higher p4p, will have the better set of recent wins, 3 titles, undefeated, betting favourite IMO.. Yet he only deserves 25%??? LMAO

Brook beats any of Canelos last few wins (don't cite resume anyone because by that logic useless Trout wouldn't have beaten Cotto) I base this purely on personal opinion and the eye skillset test. Can I prove it? No. I suspect he'd be a betting favourite though...

Jacobs stops Lara (might drop a few rounds in the process but..) too & Lemieux beats Smith. It's arguable Canelo even beat Lara.. Though I think he edged it. Anyway that's my two drachmas....

Canelo loses to Floyd badly and beats a washed up Cotto and he's the second coming of Duran & JCC! Who the **** does this kid and his fans think he is?? Be honest aswell he's picked up a lot of Floyd fans by default because it makes Floyd look better the better Canelo does. Hence the hype is magnified..

Are you new to boxing? This is irrelevant because canelo is the draw here he's the a side not ggg his belts and p4p ranking are irrelevant when it comes to terms what's not irrelevant is drawing power and ggg hasn't shown that but canelo has:deal: Ggg is in no position to dictate terms. Hopkins was undisputed at 160 but fought oscar at a catchweight for all the belts on Oscar's terms. He also did the same with tito who btw he was an underdog to. Why? Because both were a side so he took less to get the fights that he wanted. That's the way it works ggg isn't cut from that same cloth like Hopkins who dared to be great. Hell even kovalev had all the belts and took less to get ward in the ring. That's what making concessions and daring to be great is all about.

All that may be true, but 15 million is still a low ball offer.

That GGG was right to reject 8 million was proven by the increased offer of 10 million.

And that he was right to reject 10 was borne out by the offer of 15.

GGG is a star in his own right and therefore deserves a percentage, not a low-ball flat fee.

Canelo is the A side here, but he is generally seen as the underdog and doesn't have any other opponents that would bring as much as Glolovkin.

A 60-40 split or even a 65 - 35 spit would probably get the fight made.

I'm a fan of both fighters and I'm pretty certain the fight will get made eventually, and I'm equally certain GGG will get more than 15 million.

That washed up Cotto still sells more PPVs than Golovkin. A fact you must not ignore.

Here's another fact, Canelo only got a 5 million dollar guarantee against Cotto and Cotto got 15 million.

How much does the bum killer who can't even sell 200k ppvs want?

Do you know what the purses were for Cotto and Canelo when they fought each other?

Once you find the answer to that, and you take into account the live gate and ppvs sold you can STFU about 15 mil being a low ball offer.

If Golovkin's greedy ass thinks he can sell more than 900k he should have taken the 10 mil+upside.

The reality is that when Canelo-Ggg sparred 5 years ago when Canelo was still a kid they were pretty even.. Now that Ggg gets hit more and Canelo is leagues better and his prime, I don't completely fault Ggg for getting the most ge can as his entire marketing revolves around being unbeatable and he is OBVIOUSLY not as confident as his Gggoons about beating Canelo.

Golovkin is clearly trying to cash out before his aura of invisibility is tarnished. Canelo is not the usual bum Ggg is fed.

Come back when the fight is over, GGG has won, and earned considerably more than 15 million.

At this rate Ggg won't get that Canelo Payday. He will also never be considered an ATG, and will have been very lucky to get into the HoF. At the very best Ggg will be BHoF.

Canelo on the other hand has another solid 6-10 years in the spot light and many more opportunities to continue making boats loads more of money and opportunities to continue bulding his already very good legacy.

I used to be a bigger fan of Ggg, but after the Rubio fight (which I attended and supported Ggg) and his reluctance to make fights happen I jumped off the wagon.

After he started acting like a diva I turned against him.

Gggoons don't use common sense and logic. They are way too emotionally invested in Gggreedy.
