And soon Canelo will be like "GGG punches felt like kisses from a magical unicorn fairy"

Back and forth they go about how they could not feel each others power.

Canelo hasn't made the kind of statements GGG has made. So no, it's not back and forth they go as you say. It's only GGG who is the one making these kinds of statements.

Canelo never was a huge puncher, his most impressive knockouts came against fighters with glassjaws like Kirkland and Khan but he has enough power and very good counterpunching skills to make his opponents think twice before pressuring him.

He said GGG has no power, though GGG has made more of these statements. Obviously bull**** though.

Canelo wasn't hit with the kind of impact from GGG's punches as GGG was from Canelo's. So Canelo has more credibility if he downplayed GGG's power. GGG was rocked several times by Canelo. He may have kept coming forward, but he was still rocked by the punches. Canelo never came close to being rocked by GGG.

Like you said, GGG has made more of these statements and his statements are far more exaggerated distortions of reality than anything Canelo has said.

How do you know he got rocked? He didn't look that way, that's a completely baseless assumption on your part. Also if GGG kept coming forward after taking massive shots from him like it was nothing, wouldn't that ALSO give him credence to downplay Canelo's power?

He wasn't rocked, I wouldn't bother getting into this argument

Also what strange backwards logic he has. Canelo doesn't get hit by many power shots from Canelo - he can downplay GGG's power, GGG takes some massive shots from Canelo - he can't say nothing about that.

If anything GGG has more of an argument than Canelo here. Not that I'm defending GGG because I think it's silly, they both hit hard and they've shown it in previous fights so it's obviously BS but now I've been dragged down to this level.

I see the point he is making - Canelo landed bigger, cleaner shots than GGG did, lagrely because he's a counter puncher and really loads up on his counters. But to say GGG was rocked is totally wrong IMO. And yes, also means that if anyone can comment on power it ought to be GGG. Though props to Canelo because he did get caught and he took it

As far as getting rocked, did you see the still image posted above by dinovelvet? Also Canelo was asked questions by reporters after the live workout the other day, and one of the reporters did mention how he rocked Golovkin in the first fight and asked him about if that gave him more confidence going into the rematch. So I'm not the only one to say that GGG got rocked.

But whatever you want to call it, you admitted that Canelo landed bigger, cleaner shots, and you said you see the point I am making. If you don't want to admit he got rocked, thats your perogative, but the fact is that GGG was hit harder by Canelo than Canelo was hit by GGG. So that happening makes GGG calling Canelo punches slaps all the more absurd when his head was clearly impacted harder from punches than Canelo's head was.
