Golovkin carried Lemieux to avoid embarassment

Lemieux has no boxing skill whatsoever and his power is way overrated, the reason GGG threw nothing but a jab for 4 rounds is to avoid the embarassment of his first PPV ending in 2 rounds and the fight being exposed for the horrible mismatch it really was. Every time he hurt Lemieux early he backed off like 'oh **** I need to give the fans a bit more for their $50'

Lemieux is C level...no jab, no defense, T-rex arms and silly hair that obscures his vision. At least ten guys at 160 beat him

No, he deployed the jab because of the threat Lemieux carried with his power and to wear him down so he would be less effective coming in, in the later rounds, to which GGG executed the game-plan perfectly.

Nowt to do with carrying a world champ in a unification fight.

Stick to delivery those takeaways, boxing isn't for you.

I agree with this, he carried him. I think he could've finished by 3 rounds. I don't agree with everything you said, but I believe he carried him to give people their money's worth.

GGG dismantled a world champ and a reasonable opponent. Not on his level like, but still a reasonable opponent. Didn't carry nothing, just clinically busted his opponent up

Another gullible groupie that laps up everything the hype machine feeds you. A true casual

Lemieuxs a scrub, he posed no threat at all. If he couldn't KO glass chinned N'Dam why would iron chinned monster Golovkin need to be cautious? He could have had Lemieux outta there in a round. Instead he decided not to throw a power shot until the 5th :think

    Eubank Jr
    Derevyanchencko
    Korobov
    Chudinov
    Jacobs
    Johnson

I could go on. Lemieux is utterly one dimensional and devoid of any real boxing skill, not to mention tailor-made for GGG

I see your ranking system. Exclude everyone who were beaten by GGG and those were beaten by GGG victims and there you have the top10 :rofl

Of these 10, only Canelo would be a firm favourite, and to a lesser degree, Quillin.

I would certainly back Lemieux over Saunders, Eubank Jr, Chudinov, and Lee.

Never heard of Derevyanchencko and Johnson.

Korobov and Jacobs would be pulversized by the first hook Lemieux lands; they would only have a shot at outpointing him.

I'd favor lemieux over saunders, eubank, jacobs, johnson and maybe chudinov . All others are 50/50
