This. Lemieux is tough, but is a seriously limited fighter. His fight against Hassan showed that all had was a good punch. GGG definitely carried him.

What a piece of BS ! Golovkin was throwing so many jabs exactly because he was respecting Lemieux's power and didn't want to let him close.

So why didn't he do the same with Curtis Stevens who hits at least as hard as Lemieux? :think

I think only Canelo and Eubank Jr from the above list would have good chances against Lemieux. It is ridiculous to call him a C level fighter after Golovkin fight. Most of the people from the list would look as bad and/or would be stopped much earlier.

I didn't think it was possible to come out of the re**** closet twice in the span of week, this time he's come out as severely re****ed.:-(

Sorry CST80, I admire your passion for the sport but its clear from your posts you don't really understand what you're watching. I realize you've been following the sport for a short amount of time tho so its all good

He wanted to punish Stevens for what he was saying before the fight. He was able to control and punish Stevens without a need to throw so many jabs.

    I agree.

I watched this fight at a half empty bar with my girl and a couple of friends. We were hitting up the sauce for a good while and wanted to see a FIGHT after the midget fight. What we saw was a man beating up a C level belt holder with t-rex arms(who won a vacant belt when the previous champion got admitted to a mental hospital..:rofl) for 9 rounds straight.

The casuals knew that fight was a farce. They saw the Viloria-Gonzalez fight and saw two midgets pound each other with SKILL. The Bummy-Lemmy fight was a man beating up a one dimensional club fighter with a a gay little haircut.

Yep, quite a brilliant display it was. A lot of sports websites and papers calling GGG the new king of boxing. What a glorious night it was 👍🏼😎

The same was said about Broner after he knocked out Gavin Rees. I think everyone besides the Broner nuthugger's knew wtf was up though.

Give some credit to GGG. I think he beat the second best in the division, convincingly.

Lemieux would beat any one on this list (in 160):
