    Quillin has openly refused due to his belief this fight is the next Mayweather/Pacquiao . . .

    Cotto is flat out ignoring any calls to fight Golovkin

    IBF is currently vacant - David Lemieux / Ndam

    Who else is the guy supposed to fight?

    Martinez/Taylor are finished, Andy Lee is fighting Quillin, Heiland is being touted for the Cotto match unless they pick Bundrage and Daniel Jacobs is content to fighting bums

    Quillin will likely beat Lee and go onto fight Daniel Jacobs
    Cotto will likely vacate win or lose
    Lemieux I could see would be brave enough to fight GGG
