Golovkin has the type of movement and pressure to beat Martinez. I feel howewer Golovkin would get punished due to his lack of speed and offensive style. He would get hurt more than Chavez did tonight because he is significantly smaller. I think Golovkin's best chance to win the fight is with his movement and pressure. I predicted originally Chavez's workrate is poor and he would not do enough. I think it's the opposite with Golovkin. I think his speed would be an issue like Chavez but he would eventually land hard blows and that could be lights out for Martinez. It also all depends on his conditioning and if he can change his game in the fight. Which i think he can. The question is can Golovkin take Sergio's shots?
I actually wouldn't mind seeing Chavez fight GG. The consensus opinion is Jr would get KOed but I don't see it being that one sided. Jr has an iron chin and GG doesn't move as much as Sergio therefore he will be there for Jr to hit him. But right now GG and Pirog need to take care of their unfinished business and I'd rather see that match lined up next for GG.
GGG schooled Jr. in sparring. GGG schooled Dirrell and Bute (KO) in the amateurs. GGG buzzed Canelo badly during sparring, making the Mexican's knee go numb. GGG a GGG.
ggg has the iron chin. he sparrs with light heavys and cruisers, cause he doesn't respect the power of middle and super middleweights. he was never hurt in his entire career. so i don't think martinez can hurt. i'am pretty sure that he stops martinez before the 10th
