"Golovkin has to move up" -wrong. Lemme cut you off there. He actually doesn't, ever.

No one really worth talking about Zab was his best win. He got KTFO against a crack head in Phillips never avenged the loss and quit on his stool against Hatton. The real fighters were at 147 not 140 but Zoo hid out at 140 unifying a weak division instead of moving up and that's why his legacy is questioned to this day.

True. Bumlovkin has the opportunity to prove himself more than just a TOMATO CAN crusher. We'll see what happens next but his time @ the top is short. The Triple Duck is already *34*...

Glen Johnson beat about 6 people with winning records at 160. He was mediocre at 168 and only came on at 175.

Holmes and Joppy are solid fighters but no better than the calibre Golovkin has been fighting.

Trinidad was a solid win, but over a naturally smaller man.

    Questioned by who?

The demographic, in 2001 again Trinidad was at 160, Quartey had disappeared,
Mosley lost in 2002 and DLH was at 154.

So if Tszyu is at 140 how was he supposed to fight them.

As this post proves, you're not a fan of the sport. You're just a blind hater who resents GGG's existence on American mainstream. Well, me and many boxing fans out there are fine with him fighting the best available challenger who's willing to fight him and keep doing what he is doing.

If his existence on mainstream causes you butthurt, then your problem is with HBO, not GGG himself.

Glen Johnson beat RJJ and Antonio Tarver. His resume urinates and defecates on Bumlovkin's resume and anybody Bumlovkin has beaten. Period, end of.

    LOL.

    Leave the Crack alone.

    Lol.

The Trinidad win is MILES ahead of anything the Triple Duck has managed to do in his J O K E of a career.

Like I said, leave the Crack alone..

So who did Johnson beat at 160 to make him such a special victory? Please post his top 3 wins at 160. As you know Jones and Tarver was at 175.

Not disputing Trinidad has had a better career, but I ask what weight did he start off at?

    I agree.

HBO has been selling its subscription base snake oil for the last 3-4 years with this Bumlovkin business. It is a shame that HBO would ask its subscribers to PAY for those Bumlovkin mismatches OVER and OVER again. I'm cancelling if they keep up the parade of TOMATO CANs for the Triple Duck to knock over.

Honestly, this is even worse than when Roy was @ 175 and HBO was force feeding us mismatch after mismatch...

Doesn't matter what weight the Jones and Tarver fights were. The FACT of the matter is Johnson beat those guys.

Exactly WHO has the Triple Duck ever beaten?

    omg...seriously?

you think that if you arent ok with him fighting dom wade u arent a real fan of the sport?

that ibf title is worthless...did ward need an ibf title to be recognized universally as "the man" at 168? no he didnt

thats the problem...instead of hiding behind ibf mandos(or injury replacements for that mando) he could seek out better fights against better competition

i realize not every desirable mw wants to fight him at this moment.....then go out and make something happen! go find a guy between 154-168 that does want to fight him ...that isnt a bum

thats actually what fans of the sport, not fans of the fighter, want

And since we're talking about wins @ 160,

Please post Alvarez' top three wins @ 160. And when you're done, please explain exactly WHY the Triple Duck is in such a hurry to fight him...

Like I said said earlier Zoo had been at 140 for years and won his first world title at 140 in 1995 dumbass. He could have moved up to fight the likes of Ike, Tito, Oscar or Mosley from around 95 to 99 that was plenty of time while he was getting his brains bashed in by Vince Phillips and feasting on the likes of an ancient Julio Cesar Chavez later he stayed down there hiding out in a weak division not daring to be great. Next time know what the **** you're talking about dummy before going off jackass, because he had plenty of time to move up and fight any of those guys at 147
