Like I said said earlier Zoo had been at 140 for years and won his first world title at 140 in 1995 dumbass. He could have moved up to fight the likes of Ike, Tito, Oscar or Mosley from around 95 to 99 that was plenty of time while he was getting his brains bashed in by Vince Phillips and feasting on the likes of an ancient Julio Cesar Chavez later he stayed down there hiding out in a weak division not daring to be great.
