More than legit? Like i said, some posters have already mentioned names missing. And it looks like it was made by a bad amateur web designer. I'll keep an eye on it though, better than nothing I guess.
brook never hurt ggg. he caught him with a couple of good ones, which he is suppose to do, being the smaller, faster fighter facing a guy who is constantly coming forward. ggg knew he would be catching fire from the little guy, and he was so worried that he kept charging face first into his punches. both took hard shots but only one came unglued.
GGG did what he had to do really, and Brook was always going to be out gunned. I don't think Brook was ever going to do better than that no matter what tactics he brought to the table. He could have taken less of a beating if the ran though lol!
brook knew he had no chance to go 12 the second ggg conected that first punch. but credit to him, he went out like an alpha, not a beta. ggg explained it best post fight, "brook is not a middleweight".
It depends what you mean by being "hurt" That to me means your legs go. Which I don't think has happened to Golovkin yet
It's not a complete record. All it shows is that GGG probably had 8 amateur losses not 5, which is likely correct. The other thing is a lot of pro fighters don't quote their amateur record in fights where they thought they got robbed. Perhaps Gennady doesn't like three of those decisions ... Andre Ward doesn't like an amateur loss when he was thirteen so he says he's unbeaten since 12. He says his opponent's mum was one of the judges lol.
I do not idolize Gennady Golovkin but I will give credit where credit is due. I do not believe there is any fighter out there today @ 160 that can beat him or even give him serious problems. Just my personal belief for what its worth. Kudos to Danny Jacobs for stepping up when the others make every excuse under the sun NOT to fight GGG. Good luck Danny
Maybe that's the solution to 'robberies': three judges made up by a parent each and some dude from the crowd.. lol
I agree, don't think any 160 beats him until he gets older. But there are some posters who have spammed the board with Golovkin threads, such as: Golovkin hits harder than a HW, Golovkin vs (insert HW name) etc. Even this thread is somewhat repetitive, and we got the third installment of "no one but Golovkin can KO Martin Murray" too. No one needs so many threads over and over on the same subject.
