    Kovalev, one of the biggest things in boxing right now. A knockout artist who can beat everyone in his division. He schooled Bernard for 12 rounds, he beats all his top opponents with ease, he will retire Ward, he will be a future HOF'er. No doubt. Old, European boxing school.

    Even a fighter like him says that Golovkin is a machine, a bigger knockout artist and they shouldn't fight together. :bbb

    Please emphasis "special", as in short bus special.

    He is special in that he is allowed to fight 8 years of nobodies, Euro-bums and ESPN level opponents.
    Real champions don't get that privileged special treatment.

    Yeah very special in that he has one of the worst resumes of all world champions in history yet is treated like an ATG by idiotic stans. Very special.

    Well Kovalev is a typical dumb Russian so yes I do know more about Boxing than him...which isn't anything to be proud of.

    Actually quite a few boxers have admitted that they don't know very much about boxing (the sport itself) at all. I'm quite dismayed by some boxers lack of knowledge about the sport. It's very unnerving.

    Golovkin is the #1 MW. just be happy with that. Once he accomplishes more, he gets more respect.
