I truly fear that GGG will allow Canelo to survive so that he can coin it in again in the rematch.

GGG by close decision with these judges???? That means he wins 8-4 on fair cards and gets a very narrow SD with one crooked judge picking Canelo as the winner!

I'm amazed at how discounted GGG's jab is. It's a great one. It's fast, accurate and hard. We saw it work vs. other fighters that were taller and harder to hit than Canelo. Example Jacobs.

When it lands, the other guy has to retreat or reset. So GGG has the edge on the outside, and when they exchange due to superior power, and 160 pound tested chin.

GGG also can cut off the ring well and shows no fear when throwing his punches. He can counter too.

Canelo has the slightly better hand speed, but his style and shorter arms means he's facing a sniper on the outside or getting in close to deal with a larger buzz saw.

We might just see how Mexcian Canelo really is he's outgunned at all distances. Will he go out on his shield or try to run and cover up?

If this was the plodding Canelo that fought Jose Cotto, I would agree with you, but he's past that. I expect dangerous quarry for a slower version of Golovkin.

It is a tough one. I also think ggg jab is the key. We can speculate but don't really know till the night they lock horns. What ever happen I hope the judging is fair if it goes the full distance.

Golovkin beat Alvarez and it wasn't even close. Alvarez became El Pollo and ran like a chicken after promising the Mexican people he would fight Mexican style, toe to toe, but instead he ran.....................Golovkin pressed the fight, landed more punches, won at least 8 rounds, but one of Oscar's judges had it 10 rounds to 2 for Alvarez, one had it 115 - 113 the third a draw and the crowd booed. When Alvarez was interviewed he was booed. The crowd cheered Golovkin. Golovkin fought like a Mexican, the only thing I think Golovkin did not do was throw body punches, if he had, he would have knocked Alvarez out......................All the judges should be investigated, but Byrd should be banned ASAP!
