No loose ends! That nutritionist seems to keep him in better shape throughout camp. Not sure how long ago this was filmed but remember he looked like crap 6 weeks before the 2nd Canelo fight. This content is protected
My man is 39 years old To be fair his style is fairly well suited to overcome the issues presented with age. Weight cut is still going to hurt for him pretty badly.
He never had the best defence and if his legs are gone then you'll see how much extra he will get hit. All will be revealed next week.
I also remember noticing that PED accusations were conspicuous only by their near total absence after he revealed a significantly improved physical shape for the Szeremeta bout. Funny how these things work.
They are all on the sos, Golovkin included. I'd bet my life on Golovkin being on the sos for more than 20 years now.
One problem is GGG peaked twice, once in December and once in February. I hope he is not over trained. Murata although relatively untested except for his bouts with Ndam and Brant, he showed his potential in his rematch bouts. This is Murata's Hatton vs Tszyu moment, this I sense is a very dangerous fight for GGG. In the past there was alot more footage of GGG training and Abel Sanchez talking about how great GGG looks in training, but with Banks you here almost nothing but his same monotone comments like, GGG is always ready, I'm not trying to change anything bla bla bla. So how GGG will look against a completely motivated Murata is a big mystery. If GGG is still a bad mofo, I see then Murata will come out all guns blazing and stunning GGG and putting him thru it a bit, but then GGG rising to the accasion going to war and find Murata's holes, hurting then taking him out. The good thing about Murata, if you are a GGG fan is he is hittable, but on the flip side he has a very formidable offense and a very sneaky powerful right hand and left hook to the body. This here is a real fight.
I don't think he will have aged much and he should honestly dispatch Ryota in under 7 rounds. I would think he wants to dispatch of him quickly and rest up for the final payday. Ryota is the type of fighter that will allow the other guy to get his shots off first, and will sit there in firing range with a high guard. I can easily see Golovkin throwing some crippling body shots. He hasn't been in with anyone near Golovkin's talent and is too willing to trade. Maybe he catches Golovkin with a shot that finally hurts him but in my opinion he doesn't have the speed, movement and counter punching ability of say a Canelo. Murata isn't a young lion either.
