This was a street fight I don't know you don't respect you. You a out of towner ain't no one on ones. You think I'm going to come to a street fight in my city with a complete stranger and not be prepared?:rofl You think its a game? You think I give a damn about your CCW? ***** we were armed to Glock 40 and a Mossberg pump You fu ck boy you think we wouldn't have done anything? We about that action we don't take kindly to threats. You would have gotten beat up and stripped down and no one would have stopped you from getting bombed on, that's their hood. You lucky I didn't lure your dumb ass to my old hood The 44 Garden City you wouldn't have made it outta there.

But all of that is beside the point because you weren't even in the city to begin with.

Come on man, why are you getting mixed up with this shlt?

You were right in your first assessment.

Golovkin needs to work on fighting backwards and his defense.

If other people don't want to see it, don't worry about it.

Let them believe what they want to believe. You can't change their minds until they witness it themselves.

Then you can go back and reference your post.

We all know your type. You've never fought anyone one on one in your life. Big talking little kid with no honor, morals or courage. Good luck with your life of crime. Hope they don't have wi fi in the big house. Now please let the grown ups discuss boxing.

I fought plenty fool you don't know me. I grew up in rough areas and anything goes in a street fight this was not going to be at a boxing gym with gloves in a ring in a controlled environment. Only a fool would come to a street fight against a stranger and not be prepared save your honor for someone else. Ain't nothing fair when it comes to the streets.:deal

He wanted to come to my city so we set it up. Talk is cheap I wanted to see what he was all about and he didn't show. I'm cool to talk boxing but don't call someone out on the internet say you want to come to their city and fight and then not show up.

I haven't read the whole thread so maybe it has already been answered but what is this based on? I don't think I have ever seen Golovkin fight backing up and look poor in the process.

Also, if this means Golovkin is not a complete fighter, who are active complete fighters?

Both questions are open to everyone.

GGG is very good I have nothing against him. I just want him to step up his level of comp. The fight with JCC Jr was a start before it was called off. GGG gets hit a little too much. Rosado hit him way too easily as well as others. He also can't fight backing up. When guys come at him and force him back he really has no answer. A guy like Ward for example who is very smart would see this and take advantage of it. IMO those are his two biggest flaws. A 100% complete fighter doesn't exists but there are some who are close. Ward and PBF IMO are the closest. Guys who can fight at all ranges with good defense and a high ring IQ.

actually considering that he is a pressure and offensive fighter he does not get hit clean often everyone by now knows GGG is the legitimate middleweight champion in waiting the guys are just to scared to fight him.

he should fight the winner of cotto vs martinez next and im 100 percent sure he beats these guys with complete ease..

ward and duckweather are not the closest their offense sucks.

I don't think either Cotto or Martinez will fight GGG at this point. Too much risk too little reward. It's a shame that the JCC Jr fight didnt come off because win lose or draw it would have raised his profile.

Thanks for the reply, good post, I don't disagree but to the highlighted bit - What is that based on? Is there a particular fight or fights where Golovkin gets backed up and shows he can't fight backing up? I would like to take a look because I have never noticed this. My memory is not the best and I haven't seen all of his fights but I can't really remember him being backed up or attempting to fight backing up. Cheers.

Rosado and Stevenson were able to back him up at times. Ward is bigger and stronger than those two. Usually with power punchers you can negate their power by backing them up. They can't plant their feet for power. A good example of someone who can fight backing up is Keith Thurman. Against Diaz he threw a nice 3 punch combo while backing up and it looked like they had pop.

Nobody has walked him down but he's been backed up in spurts against Stevenson.
