THIS! But they want Floyd to move up to face him... interesting........

Hell let ggg just face a top guy at 160 or 168... Lara, Chocolate, Dirrell, Ward, Pascal, Bika, K9 etc have asked for him...!

G is the complete epitome of a middleweight. Not only that, but hes the epitome of a middleweight whos style of fighting does not carry its effectiveness against larger opponents.

What we have is an ordinary sized middleweight, moving up not because hes outgrowing his weight but for other reasons... and he wont be fighting middle of the road fighters there but top 3 type guys....

He will be fighting higher level guys then hes ever shared a pro ring with, and will be doing it in his first fights at a new weight.

Im not saying he cant succeed against Froch, and if he does then moves back down then well it paid off for him, but to stay at super middle long term imo will be a mistake, will probably ruin Golovkins shot at greatness, and one that is totally needless.

Also the short attention span A.D.D fans that keep crying their eyes out over this middleweight not fighting super middleweights are one of the many problems with todays boxing.

Sure, I'll leave for a week if you can find a quote where he himself says this directly.

Look, I don't think the Floyd/GGG fight should happen (and it will never happen) but saying Floyd has to "move up" is kind of deceptive considering he is the CHAMPION at the weight GGG offered to fight him at (154).

GGG will be a better SuperMiddleweight than Canelo will be a Middleweight. Agree?
