Agreed. He should put Sergio to sleep, and then make the move up to SMW... There's just nothing left for him 'cept Martinez, and I can only see that fight going one way.

Trip G imposed his style on Stevens and dominated. It's as simple as that.

Golovkin is an exciting fighter to watch, and did what many expected him to do tonite. Unbeatable? Hardly. Long night for almost anyone in the middleweight division? I would say so.

  6. Ward wouldn't survive round 7.:rofl He would give GGG a intresting fight but Ward is not a coward like Stevens today or Murray, who hides behind a double defense .. and this will be Wards downfall.
Wards body can not endure punches.

GGG has never been dropped, and ate power punches from a murderous puncher all night long

    Ward has been dropped before

Ward's the only guy at 168 or under to push Golovkin to his limits. Right now, we really don't know how much further Gennady can raise his game, but he is the kind of fighter that will rise to the level he has to in order to be a step above his opponent.

In the last 5 years Ward has done that once. Ward would give him so many problems ...but STOP him? What are you basing that on? Glass Dawson?

I said he was overrated...and he still is. This is just based on his competition. Far as skills, he's cold. He rolled with a lot of punches tonight and took some great shots from a heavy hitter. I was really impressed with his will. He shook the punches off like it wasn't ****. He does seem a bit vulnerable to speed and people who can push him backwards, though. He cut the ring off good, but Stevens isn't really a mover or a boxer. That's why I feel only a healthy Martinez and Ward would trouble him. Ward is the only fight I would bet on him to lose. I like Quillen...but I don't think he'd win although he does box better than Stevens. More than anything, I love his attitude. He didn't ***** up and hug Stevens after Stevens talked that killer ****. He said...**** you killer. Haha.
    Still overrated, but the sky's the limit. I'm a fan. Oh..and **** HBO. That wasn't a shutout. I gave Curtis 2 rounds.

I agree with pretty much everything u said except for the overrated part

He's good, and we know he's good, case closed. Ward gives him some trouble at 168, but he blasts out Martinez
