The problem is that Triple G didn't outland Canelo. Canelo outlanded him and even landed the more clean effective punches. Had he been Mayweather, the results would never have been in any type of doubt.

Whenever Canelo stood and fought, Tripple G was getting outboxed. Whenever Canelo chose to dance, Triple G was missing. I would say that is controlling the pace of the fight.

When Alvarez chose to stop retreating and let his hands go, he did have great success...but his back peddling or "dancing" was in excess and he wasn't successful in avoiding the GGG onslaught. Both men got tagged and landed clean effective shots but GGG landed more simply because of the way Alvarez chose to fight....which included a lot more back peddling than any of his previous fights. That hurt him in this one. It wasn't a consistent or balanced approach. Too much movement, not enough work. He obviously had a reason for his excessive back peddling and the only logical explanation is GGG's offense was effecting him to the point where he felt safer keeping a healthy distance from his aggressor than to stay in the pocket and allow his skills to make GGG miss so he would be in range for counter opportunities

The jab landed a lot. Enough to keep Alvarez honest and at range. Only Alvarez was more than accommodating in agreeing to the distance the GGG jab dictated by his constant movement going away from Golovkin. If all the jabs were just "pawing" jabs....I doubt Alvarez would have opted to back peddle as opposed to walking through the weak jabs or evading them to get off with his own offense.

Had that been Floyd and GGG was that successful, Floyd would be 49-1. No one has been that successful against Mayweather except for maybe JLC....But Floyd still was better than Alvarez offensively than in that fight with Castillo than Canelo was in his fight with GGG

So you're saying that for every one and a half punches thrown by GGG he landed one. That don't sound to shabby to me.

You are the only one who is blind! Watch them count Canelos body shots that are landing on GGG arms. Canelo got owned but not in your Delusional world you youtube clown.

I could easily engage you in a contest of name-calling but then one of us will probably get banned and I don't want it to be me.

Don't worry OP. This is just the moral victory cool down period. They know what happened. They know who won and who the better fighter is. When the rematch comes closer to reality. These same people become excuse artists. Right now is a safe distance for them
