Can MSG add extra seats if that 21,000 mark is hit? I seems to recall the record for a fight at MSG being over that number. Plus on fight night a last minute surge usually occurs as well.

Why is this thread not getting more replies? Ever since GGG made his debut on HBO they claimed he was not a draw, despite his fantastic ratings. Over the subsequent months they still held on to their mantra that he would never sell a PPV. Well: He will sell out MSG and if extra seats are added will break the record for a fight attendance at that venue and could possibly out draw Mayweather on PPV buys. I guess this is why they have changed their narrative and are repeating the weak resume alternative mantra. It is far more specious than the not a draw mantra and can be more vigorously defended. It also transitions into their weak era mantra that will gain steam once they can no longer defend the resume parroting.
