You know that I love reading your posts, but I'll have to disagree with you here.

I don't think that Andre badly wanted to fight GG. Not at all.

He didn't even know if he could comfortably make 168 again, and he said as much before he fought Brand and Barrera.

I think he'd definitely have taken it if it was there, and I've no doubt in my mind that he'd have won. But he didn't badly want him. He was looking at moving up to LHW at that point.

Mentioning wins that a prime Ouma had at 154, has no bearing on Golovkin fighting him well past his prime at 160. Fact is, Segundo Mercado would have beaten that Ouma easily. That you would even try and tout Ouma's prime wins at a weight class that he didn't fight Golovkin at, shows that you are pretty much trolling. I mean really, Ouma after losing to Taylor, lost to all the name guys he fought, and beat two bums. He only won two of his six, heading into the Golovkin fight.

Amusing are your nonsensical positions. The same Jantuah put Rubio to sleep, 30 something seconds into the fight. Why didn't Golovkin do that? After all he was fighting a more shopworn version of Rubio, at a higher weight, and Again, Ouma winning fights at 154 in his prime, has no bearing, and adds no worth to Golovkin fighting a shell of Ouma at 160 years later.

Nobody thought that. Only morons like you.

In a boxing world where the WBC orders fights based on location/nationalities rather than rankings, and decides length of bans for drug cheats based on how much $$$ they produce....

It holds no extra credability over any other organisation.

    Milton Nunez says "hi."

I think both fought a lot of overmatched softies but it took until Golovkin's 9th "title defense" until he fought someone ranked in the top 10 at Middleweight.

That is nothing short of pathetic. Historic? Yes. Historically bad.

Also for the record HBO wanted nothing to do with ward ggg because they knew ward would tool him. They preferred ggg over him because he fought in a more "exciting style" than ward and they thought ggg would be a ppv star. They wanted to be rid of ward as a threat to ggg and to be honest that's why they wanted him to move up to 175 to get him away from ggg and to their other guy who they preferred in kovalev, another guy who they were pushing, would finish him off just like many ggg fans wanted to. Too bad for them ward had other plans.

You bringing up the blown up Welterweights idea in regards to GGG stating he had the better reign of the two, and then saying GGG has a point is implying you agree, and in no way shape or form is any single win on his current resume better than De La Hoya and Trinidad H2H.. EVER..
