Personally for me he is the greatest ever MW FACT!

Golovkin is a rare breed. He’s a ruthless and precise stalker who throws every punch with concussive force. Moreover the WBA middleweight titleholder is supremely skilled at getting his opponent exactly where he wants him

Of equal importance, Golovkin knows what to do once he gets him there: He lets his hands go simply a joy to watch

The kid has never been knocked down in nearly 400 fights including ams

as you can see he has everything and excels at everything one of his other best traits aside from his INSANE POWER is his movement and balance :yep

He is great imo the best MW since Hopkins but it will be hard for him to build up a great resume because big names like Cotto Quillin or Alvarez won't fight him.

I think GGG is far and away the best MW currently active, but historically is a different story and cant really be evaluated until his career is done.

Ketchel, Hagler, SRR, Monzon, Greb, and yeah even Hopkins still rate higher in my book. And I am a big GGG fan.

Doubtful, even ATG is doubtful in my opinion.

If he can land the fights to prove it, you might be right. Ward is the fight that would put him in ATG discussion in my book.

Most true ATG fighters beat someone they werent expected to beat at least once. For real ATG consideration, GGG should beat Ward. If he does that, he gets in the convo.

Or he could just beat up everyone who will step up at MW for years, that works as well.

I somewhat agree with you though its unfortunate for GGG....there isnt even enough viable talent at MW for him to even prove a HOF status at this point.
