I always wondered why there is not much footage of GGG hitting the bag, you will never see him hit the bag in media workouts. Does he only use the bag for power and doesn't hit the bag often? Or does he just not like sharing videos of him hitting the bag?
There is footage and it’s quite revealing as Abel teaches his boxers to extend their punches which is why you’ll see GGG looking to punch round the bag,that way in the ring you can always shorten the punches,muscle memory thing I guess?
all the evidence of 3Gs power is live and infight. Andto be fair, before he won the title vs Geale he hit loads of human punchbags unchecked.
There is no denying his power. I'm a fan of watching others style hitting the bag and was just curious on if GGG uses the bag for rhythm at all.
