Golovkin Predicts Canelo Will Lowball Him To Avoid 2017 Fight

    “The next step is for Canelo to say, ‘I’m ready. I’m size A, [Golovkin] is size B, and I’ll give him $2 million,’” Golovkin said to the Los Angeles Times. “Then, [Alvarez] can say, ‘What? He won’t take that? He’s not ready? I’m ready.’ It’s a 50-50 fight, but that’s what he’s going to do. It’s a game to him.”

    I'd like to add 156 lbs or no fight too. Margarito, Pac, Thurman and Garcia look like great options for Canelo.

    GGG knows that Canelo will come with some pus.sy b.s like I'm the A side and you're the B side, take 2 mill and 156/7 lbs or no fight bla, bla, bla.

    :-(He is even calling out Conor McGregor now. No heart at all. He wants to fight all small guys. He won't even fight a 154 pounder that can threaten him anymore.

    He can't low ball him that far down the pay scale. Canelo made great paydays with Mayweather and Cotto and he made a decent amount with those PPV Angulo and Lara fights selling 300,000/350,000.

    With a GGG fight it sells over a million easy. HBO will promote heavy and they will do their tour. It will never be May/Pac level but Canelo has a short career just like GGG does because he is scary. At least Golovkin is old.

    I predict Canelo will buy himself the 160 WBO belt from BJS after taking the 154 version from Smith, and then hold out on unifying with Golovkin with some completely ridiculous demands.

    Most likley scenario, sad to say. It'll take a lot to stop me from being a Canelo fan. This **** he's pulled doesn't help, but I'm not going to abandon being a fan of his yet.

    of course, he using IV tactics

    will wait until golovkin starts to look old then offer him 20-80 split and say ggg is ducking him

    then when gets ko @ age of 42 he will offer 40-60 split and 2 bags of pre-match IV and the fight will be made.

    :lol:, so true! 20% @ 156/7 lbs c/w in 2020 - take it or leave it! If GGG refuses the demographic would say GGG priced himself out from fight and he ducked Canelo.:lol::nut:patsch
