He said he would come down to welter? That can't be right.

As a big Golovkin supporter as I am, I really wish he would just give up trying to fight Floyd. I know it's his dream fight but there's too many things about that fight that leaves a sour taste. It's not going to happen. Focus solely on getting all the belts and then go from there.

There's no way Golovkin beats Floyd at 154. He's just too slow. Floyd outpoints him easily - he'd box circles around him and wouldn't let him put any punches together

Then after he beats him people will say "he ran from Golovkin, never stood in front of him", or "Golovkin was weight drained"

    :yep

    Spot on!!

I love watching GGG fight, but enough with the calling out of fighters from two weight classes below you!

If that's the case, there some big fights at LHW for GGG too (Stevenson, Kovalev) why doesn't he stop talking about wanting to move down two weights and fight an aged champion (who is clearly past prime) and move up two weights and fight one of two prime LHW Champs?

If Kovalev started incessantly calling out GGG, we would consider Krusher to be a d!ck.

Golovkin(A natural Middleweight) shamelessly calls out Super Featherweights and Welterweights yet is hailed a hero. Mayweather fights Maidana(who was proven at Welterweight and a Champion to boot) yet he's calling out a "smaller easier target". You losers are pathetic.

It won't be on any Network because no sane network is joining forces to make a fight with Mayweather and a fighter who has one significant win with the rest being against 40 to 1 underdogs/tomato cans.

    This fight isn't happening.

Golovkin is great to watch, but he's not faced anybody yet. The fight doesn't sell well enough and the only weight it can realistically take place is at 154 - where Floyd would win and not get the credit for it.

Not if he would be able and willing to come down to GGG's weightclass for it. That's a huge difference!

If a guy from an higher weightclass calls someone out and wants him to come up, then I think it's bull, but if he wants to come down for it and can make the weight then he effectively is a contender in THAT weightclass.
