    The boxing powers that be will never allow that to happen. They will groom an American like Crawford, although he may be a little to clean cut for them or possibly a Latino like Alvarez with a huge built in fan base.

    Define PPV star? What's his ceiling on PPV buys in a fight he headlines as the A-side?

    Hard to say right now. He is still ascending. He's trending to do very well though. Think how popular Oscar, Mayweather, Pacquiao were at 24?

    Canelo as long as he continues to take his craft as serious as he says and as it seems, I can see him being a top fighter for a long time, even if he were to pick up a loss or two more...

    I say he gets to break a million at least two more times at the very least. There aren't many stars out there he'll be able to ride on like Pac and May did with each other for almost 6 years, but I see mega fights possible with GGG, obviously Cotto, even a Mayweather rematch once he's even more popular to entice him to come out of retirement....

    Last Saturday was a great night for his stock and it did boxing a much needed service.
