Yeah, fighting Manfredo now would make his fighting Adama then seem like a superfight. All the solid wins over fringe contenders or former contenders are nice and do add up but c'mon. Golovkin's opposition and contradictory statements have seemed to justify and back up everything Golovkin's haters have been saying about him for years now (minus the extreme haters and perhaps not quite to the full extent of their claim, but nonetheless).
I'm sure if K2 told them they wanted the fight, their anti-Lara-anti-Rigondeaux ways would go on hold for a moment. But obviously K2 hasn't told them that and doesn't want them to allow Lara based on their "Well, Lara needs to fix his relationship with HBO" statement. What did he ever do to break the relationship with HBO? Beat and fight close with some of their guys when he wasn't supposed to? Money is the bottom line and the money is on Golovkin.
Tom Loeffler already said they are open to the fight. Now tell everyone what has to happen for Lara to be able to fight on HBO, dumbass
This person also said Mayweather/Golovkin camps were in talk. So, I would take it with a grain of salt. Lol
K2 needs to stop saying he needs to fix his relationship with HBO then if that is the case... Based on what you said that would be like me countering your post by saying: "Lara's team has said they have no problem fighting on HBO and would happily do it but haven't been contacted." Which is true. Which makes you the dumbass.
Lara hasn't fought on HBO since 2012. That was because TopRank won a purse bid. Hasn't been back on HBO since then. Why do you think that is? Someone on Lara's team need to let somebody know whether or not Lara is allowed to fight on HBO. Why wasn't Lara's last fight on HBO if he can just go fight wherever he wants? Some of the dumbest motherf*ckers on the internet are in here.:rofl
All you need to say is what has to happen for Lara to be able to fight on HBO. Can't tell us that? Then STFU.:good
one minute you say golovkin is ducking all big names. the next you say he is desperate to fight a big name. so which is it?
Golovkin claims Lara needs to talk to HBO. Lara claims HBO won't talk to them. ...that's all we know. Lara could get permission to fight on HBO or Golovkin could get permission to fight off of HBO. I'm not involved in any of the three parties' business plans so I can't speak on this. Only based on what they have said.
