Golovkin is most likely digging through the Welterweight division for a payday at this point. Moving up was never in his schedule.

Mark my words, triple G will go out on his shield. He will know that a decision win is not going to happen.

He was very well aware of that in their last fight and still chose to fight "on the backfoot" all night

And did well enough to win. Put it this way, the crooked Canelo judges only had it 115 - 113 twice and had the other card a draw. So GGG basically won by alot. The ringside media had the 2nd fight 30 for GGG, 15 EVEN, AND 2 FOR CANELO. That pretty much says it all.

    Same except I kinda' like Golovkin and have them 1 and 1. 40 y/o GGG @168 =/= current Dimitri Bivol @ 175

Even at 40, GGG may be the one winning a third time. Canelo goes into shock when you change his apponents from mediocre light punches to real fighters. Canelo got complacent fighting Plant and Saunders, he thought Bivol was gonna role over too, but Bivol didn't read the script. Plant and Saunders aren't even as good as the Jacob's that fought GGG. There's a reason why, although claiming a fight with GGG was personal, Canelo still waited 4 years to consider a fight with GGG, and that's because GGG is a real fighter too. Not a soft touch with no real power.

Only one person in this sport named Golovkin. And only one person in this sport named Canelo. Maaaana, you put em both together...make em...Golelo Gennadsaulovich...Monticello. Name your son after that. Then watch that desert rose bloom and become a man. A man who become champion.

Oh Gawd, is this still happening?
I have very little interest in this one.

I guess since Nelo lost his last fight it makes sense to take on the 40yo tune up.

if he does, he needs to KO him this time.
They should both be going for the knockout.
    Give us something worth watching.

Canelo might be mentally unstable right now as well. That fight with Bivol put him in denial. He was in absolute shock the whole fight and was ambarrased to no end. He came into the ring acting like a Mexican Naseem Hamed on some kind of stage, with all this pound for pound talk blasting on the loud speakers. They completely dissed Bivol making him come to the ring first with no National Anthem. Only to get shut down and embarrassed, getting his head handed to him. He may never recover. Next, you have GGG coming for blood. What will Canelo do when he charges in, only to get his head jabbed in, and met with new nasty combinations delivered with spite. What if Canelo gets rocked? Which I sense he might, will he have Bivol flash backs. GGG is no Plant, or Saunders, even at this age. GGG is not coming to lose.

Having already faced lil g twice and won, it’s a bit rich to blame him for avoiding or delaying a 3rd fight over someone he has mastered twice.

What a **** take on every level.

Shouldnt Jermall be rematching short camp, aged, inactive Korobov? Since he blatantly robbed him. He also should give a rematch to Deryvachenko where Charlo did not win more than 5 rounds. Trout fight was very close too. Also, Charlo has been getting these gifts whilst being the much bigger guy... How embarrassing!

And the most damning thing is... Bivol looked like he was first gear the whole fight. Didn't even get a scratch on his face the whole fight and looked ready to go another 12 rounds.

If Canelo's confidence is on the floor then GGG could spring a surprise by attacking immediately.

I am not convinced that Canelo has fixed his gas tank problems.

Someone's forgotten that even by the official cards, the first fight was a draw. I guess GGG got robbed so badly by the judges that it feels like he lost!
