GGG picked who he picked, for some reason GGG likes working with Banks. I thought he should have stayed with Sanchez as well but now it seems he is getting more comfortable with his new style and letting his hands go plenty. Hopefully Banks will train GGG in such a way that he can capitalize more on Canelo's mistakes and hammer home some bombs. It's now or never. Golovkin has been in with two very aggressive world class challengers in Derevyanchenko and Murata so GGG will be ready for war, Canelo has been fighting guys that dont really want to engage much. All Canelo had to do in those fights is fallow them around making scary faces and wing bombs, GGG wont be impressed or intimidated by that. I'm sure it will be a war.
I was thinking to myself a few days ago that E-Hearn is going try and make Buatsi vs Bivol if Clen opts to, as many feel he should, go down the GGG III route next instead of rematching Bivol and lo and behold I, Serge, once again, for the billionth time, have been proven 100% correct as E-Hearn said today he want to make the winner of Buatsi vs Richards and he obviously strongly feels that will be Buatsi. They tried to rob Bivol blind when he fought Spider Richards over here and Buastsi, like Cenelo, is one of E-Hearn's favourites/chosen ones and he's had his tongue firmly up Buatsi's backside for a long time now, whereas, conversely, Bivol is not and he'll definitely make the later come over here for that one. Bivol needs to understand that, even though E-Hearn pretends otherwise, he does not have his best interests at heart. Bivol has dominated everyone he's fought and schooled the vast majority of his opponents, but that's twice he's come close to being robbed now, only winning by a single round on five of the respective six judge's cards in fights he clearly won wide, like 10-2, 9-3 if you want to be very/extremely generous to his opponents. 118-110, 115-113, 115-114 vs Richards 115-113, 115-113, 115-113 vs Clenelo This content is protected

Canelo lost his last fight and we don't know how it affected him. If he was coming off a win it would be a different story.
Canelo has to be favored, although the Bivol loss adds to the intrigue. Losses tend to affect fighters confidence and momentum in ways which are not understood. What is interesting is that if Canelo knocks out GGG it almost hurts him if he fights Bivol in a rematch after, because then he is in the same place he would be in confidence as before the first Bivol fight, where he thinks he is big and can punch. I remember Leonard thinking he was a big puncher after knocking out Lalonde and trying to stop Hearns in the rematch, but Hearns was much more experienced than Lalonde and could move in and out better, so Ray could not just hit on the break and get Tommy like he did Lalonde. As it turned out. Hearns in 1989 was more experienced than Ray, which was in contrast to 1981 when Ray was more experience. but Ray cannot get experience sitting with Merchant and Tompkins as Tommy is fighting guys like Benitez, Duran, Hagler, Shuler and others.
A younger at his natural weight G couldn't ko nelo now a slower older is going to do so at a weight hes never fought at
GGG can fight any style. He can paddle Ginger's ass Mexican style. He can take him for a lesson at the Soviet Slick school. He can whoop him by employing Qazaq Style. Hell, I wouldn't be at all surprised if this shot beyond belief geriatric great-great-grandfather slug slow shell of GGG were able to roll back the clock to score his third unofficial win over Ginger and knock him spark out after the confidence shattering biblical shellacking pastor Dmitry administered to his flabby freckled ass in Baptism I.
Canelo ducked "Lil g" until "Lil g" was 36 years old and still lost. "Lil g" is 40 years old now but i still doubt Canelo would "murder Lil g" now.
Those Richards scorecards were ****ing shocking. I watched Bivol Richards again before the Canelo fight. Richards has a poor case for more than 3 rounds. Even in the rounds he won he landed some good right hand counters, but Bivol was frequently landing a vicious snappy jab on hjm
