Who knows how much GGG has left in the tank. Golovkin from a few years ago destroys him. Right now? Couldn't say. He looked great against Szeremeta but then, it's Szeremeta.
I think Charlo is the best fight at 160 for GGG and the middleweight division ,,,evidently so does GGG's team. I sense they believe if he loses there's diminished options available. If he ducks him for lower level beatable fighters a third match with Canelo could still happen.
He is also near the end of his rope and is gonna aim for the best paying fights. I do not blame him. Now, if he was 34, 35, I would agree with you more. He is almost 40. Even the Murata fight is dangerous as ****, but its also gonna pay.
Still going with G. I don't think Charlo is as durable as Deveryenchenko, slick and accurate as Canelo. All things being equal, Deveryenchenko and Canelo are more similar than Charlo and they gave G fits. Charlo will want to move and get space. Dictate when to fight and move. G won't allow that, even at this stage. G catches him more than a few times and once Charlo is hurt, G finishes him.
