Who did GGG ever fight whose even close to the level of a prime Toney, Kulumbay?

Have you seen Kulumbay? He wasn't that good. He lost 5 times before he was out of his prime. A solid guy who beat MaCullum then lost the rematch via narrow margin.

News flash, he started out as a Super welter weight, 5'9" tall.

I'd say Jacobs and Canelo were better than Kulumbay.

GGG's jab comes right down the pipe.

GGG had slow hands? Not in his prime. And no one tried to counter him until he age and slowed, and those who did had faster hands than McCullum ( Jacobs and Canelo )

The jab is not a right, down the pipe or not. Mike was vulnerable to the right since he held his left low. That isn't a handicap in the same way at all against the jab.

I said relatively slow hands, as in some way off the really fast hands. And he never ever had hand speed comparable to that of Curry or Toney. Graham and Kalambay also had faster hands than Golovkin has ever had.

It's true that he only got countered when he had gotten on in years, but the problem is that he never faced a good counter puncher before that. That's why I made it Golovkin vs Brook, Jacobs and Canelo against McCallum vs Watson, Toney and Kalambay. Those versions were about the same age.

Of course, you'd go and include his loss to McCallum among those 5 losses. So you basically argue that part of the reason McCallum's win over Kalambay wasn't all that is because Kalambay lost to McCallum. Nice and circular, it is. :)

Golovkin went to great effort protecting himself from Canelo's body attack which would suggest he has a weakness down stairs. He compromised a lot of his offence repeatably backing up to avoid being leathered to the chops.
That showing is not a good sign if faced against McCallum who was one of the best body shotters ever and could fight at a good pace for 3mins of every round. GGG gets outworked and out maneuvered. He hasn't shown anything to prove he could beat a guy like MaCllum.

Canelo and Jacobs better than Kalambay? Have you partaking of the ganja weed again Mendoza? And the full sugar orange juice you silly sausage? I think we should all know that trying to have a rational discussion with you where Golovkin, Kova, Loma and the chemical brothers are concerned is as much use as a chocolate fireguard, but still dude......

We get it. Gennady is superjesus Golovkin the bestest.
