Immediately after this fight, the same people who think Stevens has a chance will be making threads like "What's impressive about beating a guy who lost to Jesse Brinkley?" and "Stevens had already been ko'd by a bum, what's the big deal".

After GGG wins, he'll be criticized for taking this fight, despite the fact no-one seems interested in facing him.

    The poll said it all.
Hopefully fight after this will be against Barker, Murray or Chavez Jr.

Murray might not be next. Here's an interesting article from Murray's promoter Ricky Hatton explaining why.

Hating losers will discredit a win over whoever he fights, as long as Golovkin is active then he's doing good.

Interesting fight, picking GGG to win by KO is a safe bet. Of course in boxing everything can happen, but again I would be surprised if the fight goes 12 rounds or if Stevens pulls out an upset.

Primera rangy hands & herky/jerky style got to Stevens & resulted in his only stoppage loss (TKO8)

Everybody is expecting a clean KO, so all the pressure is on GGG. This fight is another test to his raw power

Very excited about this fight. Curtis will be bringing bombs in both hands and is a pretty durable and aggressive fighter. He may over rely on his power and get a bit unraveled mentally, but he should give us a new look to Golovkin's abilities. He really is the ideal opponent under these conditions.

In the meantime let him run his mouth, the worse he could do is create some mainstream buzz.

I bet Stevens feels much better at 160 than 168. He was too small for 168.
