Golovkin would stop Benn, Graham and Watson and beat Eubank on points. Benn would be a war but GGG has an elite chin and Benn doesn't, both can be hot but Golovkin is still more composed than Benn, boxes better from range and has a better jab, both guysghave KO power but the money is on GGG to simply break Benn down over the course of the fight and stop him around 7-10. Graham would start well and cause Golovkin problems putting on a good technical display but overall he wouldn't get through the fight without being hit and when he does it's lights out. Watson makes it a sketchy fight and has some moments but ultimately Golovkin punches too hard and Watson isn't evasive enough to do twelve without getting drawn into exchanges .He loses by stoppage late. Eubank also has granite chin so I don't see any KOs here but Golovkin is just a better fighter all round and would win a wide decision.
GGG would be favored to win all four fights. 4-0 to me is more likely than 3-1. It was a good UK group, but I think UK fans tend to over rated them a tad.
No way, he used to throw one punch at a time and even when he did string two together they weren`t as good as GGG`s, everything GGG throws comes off the jab, Benn had a **** underused jab.
Benn couldn`t have taken Canelo`s shots, he was stopped by Eubank and Watson, neither of those guys hit harder than Canelo and GGG has far better timing tan Benn, he would easily beat Benn to the punch, all you had to do to beat Bennn was stick a good jab in his face and GGG`s jab is far better than any jab Benn ever faced.
Yes, he has a superb chin, but late 80s Benn if nothing else (and apart from heart, he had little else at the time) Benn could bang with the best of them. Triple G may have been sensible and dissected Benn, or if he wanted, he could have traded with Benn. Either way he would have won, but trading with Nigel would have been more fun. But in doing so, there would have been a decent chance of Benn catching and flooring him; granite cracks too sometimes...
Only four opponents have survived the distance against GGG, 7 opponents went the distance with Benn who at middle was a harder puncher than the other Brits on this list.
Don't be talking nonsense. Canelo doesn't have any punch at all at MW. He wasn't even heavy handed at 154. lol@ Been being the guy unable to take the shots in that fight..Benn is the puncher you fool , not Canelo . And Watson stopped Benn with a non-stop accumulation of punches. Watson had a better workrate in one round than Canelo has in 4 rounds. One minute per round Canelo isn't making Benn punch himself out like Watson did so i don't believe you know what your posting about.
