    Golovkin fanboys just can't handle the fact that he didn't want to move up one weight class and fight Andre Ward.

    He was afraid of losing.

    You want an average size MW to move up and fight best LHWs ? Do you know who succeeded doing that ? Some fighters have TEMPORARY success moving two divisions up from their NATURAL weight class, but then they are getting punished.

    Well then Golovkin is misinformed. Belts are meaningless today.

    He didn't fight Ward and he should have years ago.

    I was pointing more to the fact that Ward is a lighter man than Kovalev.
    That said, I still cant wait for the fight, as it will be a mega fight, which I think Ward will win.

    Great fight either way
