    They should fight in Switzerland.

Ballsy move by Golovkin. I wonder how Canelo will take this?

Its like Adonis Stevenson wanting to fight Beterbiev in Chechnya, very gutsy. I have a bad feeling about this.

I think another poster said it best....That GGG threw this out there to force Canelo’s hand. It’s a lot harder to reject a champions offer if he’s willing to fight in another mans backyard. The Mexican fans will crucify Alvarez if he somehow doesn’t make the rematch. They already voiced their displeasure with the draw.....Most felt GGG won so I am sure they want Canelo to face him again so he can extract some revenge. Mexico is a very prideful nation. They won’t let Canelo off the hook if he doesn’t fight Golovkin again.

It won’t be hard for GBP to control who the judges or ref will be, even if it’s in Mexico. They have the deeper pockets as one of the top 3 promotional companies in the sport. But after the controversy around the verdict in the first One, Golden Boy will have a hard time influencing the outcome again should it go to the cards.

No they cannot gouge the people and buy off the officials quite as easily in Mexico City as Las Vegas. Let that sink in for a moment.

I have to respect it. The action of a guy that isn't afraid of losing; who just wants to make the fight. Canelo is the guy who will be feeling the pressure. Imagine looking bad in front of 100k of your countrymen at Azteca? Oscar will need a few extra changes of underwear for this one.

Mexicans like Golovkin better than El Pollo, but the problem will be Oscar's judges, referee and boxing commission. Hopkins has already said that El Pollo will punch to Golovkin's testicles just like SOB!

Robbed?? First fight was no robbery close fights are no robberis , And if anything Canelo is hated big time in Mexico, Reminds me of De La Hoya, that's why GG had a lot of Mexicans rooting for him to beat Canelo!

If G were to knock him out, would he make it out the country?

They have loads of tunnels leading into the US, so that shouldn't be a problem.

If you think that was close you must like Canelo A LOT, or hate GGG. Competitive but clear 8-4 and that's being generous to Canelo

Incredibly smart psychological trick by Golovkin.

He knows what a big risk his would be for Canelo, to possibly get knocked out in front of his home fans. And he knows it will make Canelo look scared and bad if he doesn't accept that proposition.
