GGG living Lifestyle Flashy and cashing $15 mill checks for 10 minutes work fighting Stevie Rolls whilst Dre's eating Pot Noodle and walking around in Pastor Napoleon's hand-me-downs.

I'm pretty sure Ward was upset over how much Edwin Rodriguez was going to be paid for the fight. Edwin Rodriguez negotiated hard because Ward had no other opponents lined up that HBO would approve of so Rodriguez got a fight purse of $1 million. Although I thiink he came in overweight and had to forfeit some of that purse.

$850k against Brand is actually impressive since HBO didn't want that fight and it was on BET.

I wonder how much money he must have lost on his failed lawsuits against Dan Goosen. In the end he was the second coming of Winky Wright in the finance dept if he didn't make more like he should have. No wonder he retired.

He’s retired because he’s able to live comfortably. It’s about keeping it more than making it.

Haha you know? He lost ONE extremely controversial fight that most feel he won n BAM dude is just fodder for the monstrous boo boo Andrade, and the boogeyman charlo amongst others. They forget he beat Canelo twice in the eyes of most and the other guys they keep pumping barely scraped by martirosyan whom they crucified ggg for even fighting on short notice cuz Canelo was doping and one of them got clearly beaten up by an inactive old man who trained for an 8 round fight. Hmmmm

Most people do not think Golovkin beat Caenlo twice.

That's awesome. Good for him. At least he's entertaining unlike Floyd Mayweather, and he did it by fighting an actual boxer not some MMA hype job or a 5 foot tall 15 year old Japanese twink. He deserves every penny of it.

GGG got paid ten times the normal price purse.

And in the back of a loss, without any belts, nonetheless.

If this doesn't show people pro sports are a gigantic money laundering machine, nothing will.

I wonder if they will makee money with Golovkin? His PPV numbers are not good, even Canelo can't give him great numbers. My guess is no. I think it have to do with the oppoents he is facing. Rolls is another example of poor match making. Let's be honest no one wanted to see Rolls/Golovkin.
